The Light Box is the result of the conversion of a decommissioned electrical substation building into a multi-storey commercial project in the busy commercial area of Willoughby.

The building provides generous flexible spaces that can easily accommodate a wide range of hospitality, industrial and storage facilities. Furthermore, the open spaces are designed to welcome and invite the people passing by to stay.

Our Lab was involved in the conceptual design of this project.
