Located in vibrant Five Dock, the Gemini Duplex aims to prove that generous family homes can be provided within a medium density context.

Taking full advantage of the relatively small lot sizes, this duplex offers the luxury of a basement for each home which can easily be turned into a cinema, gym or storage space, as well as a pool each and plenty of lush garden area.

The driving force of the design was to provide flexible spaces, with an open plan living, kitchen and dining area that could easily be open to vegetated views. Additional spaces that are important for modern families have also been included - such as a large study on the ground floor and a family on the first floor for the kids.
