This Co-Living housing facility is situated in the heart of Padstow, featuring 30 to 50 rooms—depending on distribution—across four stories, including a basement level for parking.

The design embraces modular thinking, innovative architecture, and sustainable construction while fostering a strong connection to the local community.

Our vision is to enhance residents' quality of life by creating thoughtfully designed, self-sufficient, and self-contained living spaces that offer an optimal living experience.
